					<description>Interesting thoughts.  I'd like to add the concept of building a bank of goodwill.  Our society is generally a forgiving one.  If you do something wrong, admit it and apologize.  If you have a bank of goodwill that has been accumulated prior to such a crisis than generally the public will cut you some slack.</description>
